Matthias Finger is a Professor of Management of Network Industries at EPFL since 2002. As of 2010 he also directs the Transport Area of the Florence School of Regulation at the European University Institute. He holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Geneva and has been, before joining EPFL, an Assistant Professor at Syracuse University (New York), an Associate Professor at Columbia University (New York), a Professor of Management of Public Enterprises at the Swiss Federal Institute of Public Administration. He was also a commissioner at the Swiss railways as well as at the Swiss electricity regulatory authorities. He is the editor in chief of the Journal Competition and Regulation in Network Industries and a visiting professor at Istanbul Technical University.
Emin Köksal

Emin Köksal, Associate Professor, Department of Economics, Bahcesehir University, Turkey. He published extensively on competition and regulatory issues in telecommunications, energy, and other platform industries. He has experience in platform business models, network neutrality regulations and Internet usage. He teaches Industrial Organisation, Platform Economics, and Competition Policy in Digital Markets. He is the associate editor in chief of the Journal Competition and Regulation in Network Industries.
Deniz Ece Dalgıç

Deniz Ece Dalgic is a PhD Candidate in Economics and Research Associate at Istanbul Technical University and Namik Kemal University. She mainly studies Microeconomics, Industrial Organization and Competition Economics topics; works on theoretical dynamic merger models and antitrust policies for her PhD thesis. She assists Principles of Microeconomics, Game Theory, and Regulatory Economics and Regulated Industries courses. She works at Istanbul Center for Regulation. Since January 2018, she is the Managing Editor of Journal of Competition and Regulation in Network Industries. She also takes part in other academic and consultancy projects. Deniz holds an MSc degree in Economics from University College London and a BSc in Mathematics and Economics from London School of Economics and Istanbul Bilgi University.
